Patricia Burdock
Director & Founder
Patricia Burdock is the Director of the Exodus Family Foundation Inc. which she founded in July 2017. Her passion for the community began in the Miles-Lee area where she raised her 3 sons. She gathered the youth in the neighborhood to keep them out of trouble and engage them in their community to challenge them to display their gifts & talents in her backyard, where they discovered self-worth and confidence. They also performed in local summer Festivals like Kerruish Park & Woodhill Park (Thelma George). From there she engaged in community affairs and outreach programs through her church Full Gospel Evangelist Center working with youth ministry, clothing ministry, and other community outreach programs. Her love for the community grows without boundaries!
Debra White-Sparrow, Assistance Director
Debra has been involved in the Exodus Family Foundation organization since 2018 as a volunteer, after completing mentor training she became a mentor in the Learning About Me Mentoring Program. In 2021 Debra became the assistant director of Exodus Family Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors. She is also the lead mentor and treasurer of the Learning About Me Mentoring Program (LAM).
Debra brings compassion, gifts, and commitment to both programs and we are excited to have her as an important part of supporting our communities.
Meet Our Staff
Meet our hard working dedicated volunteers! These ladies have completed 16 hours of training and shadowing . Our volunteers all have beautiful gifts that they share with the program ich also include yearly refresher courses. They labor in the communities in which they live in and support surrounding communities our our familes. meet Ms Sandra Watson, Ms. Tracy Webb, Ms Honey Gilliam, Ms Donna Gray, Ms Sonnett Jones and Ms. Tara Sparrow. Meet our new staff: Ms Kara Spreinger, Ms Kiyla Cooper, Ms Lisa Baker, Ms Yvonne Williams and Ms Nichol Gulley. In additional to our family we have our faithful voluteers: Ms Deneen Watson, Ms Angela Gardner & Ms Darlena Rogers.
